Shipping Carrier
All domestic order are shipped for free & free shipping is available on international orders over $350 CAD. A faster, paid option is available and is shipped through DHL Tracked Packet. Once your parcel clears customs, it will be handed over to your local shipping carrier for final delivery. Note that more detailed tracking information can often be found by tracking your parcel on the website of your local shipping carrier (i.e. USPS, Australia Post, China Post, UK Post, etc.).

International Duties and Customs Fees
Note that international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and you may be charged additional duties and customs fees upon receipt. We do our best to limit these costs. We have no control over if or how much you will be charged for these fees, and we do not accept responsibility for any additional charges the destination country may impose on you.
