Repairs, Returns & Warranties
If you receive a faulty and/or damaged item or want to return/exchange an item, please contact us and ship within 14 days of receipt. MAPLE quality guarantee only covers manufacturing defects. MAPLE cannot be held responsible for defects due to: Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (e.g. cracks from adjusting a bracelet too vigorously or frequently). Aesthetic changes from oxidization and damage due to normal wear/tear and aging. We allow returns/exchanges on unworn regular-priced items within 14 days of receipt (subject to a restocking fee).
