Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is eligible, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. Please note that if your country of residence is not Canada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
All discounted/sale items & gift cards are considered final sale.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
The MAPLE quality guarantee exclusively applies to manufacturing defects. MAPLE cannot assume responsibility for defects arising from: Improper use or negligence leading to failure or damage (e.g. cracks resulting from overly forceful or frequent bracelet adjustments). Aesthetic alterations due to oxidation, as well as damage incurred from regular wear, tear, and aging
Exchanges
Please contact info@mapleco.ca requesting an exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
