What are MAPLE products made of?

All products are made from recycled sterling silver. Gold plated products have solid sterling silver base finished with a layer of 14K gold.

How do I find the right size and fit?

On each product page, we offer sizing guides that help determine what the best size is for you.

How do I care for my MAPLE products?

Soak the jewellery in warm water & a mild dish soap. Use a soft-bristled brush or cloth to scrub the jewellery, rinse and thoroughly dry with a soft cloth or towel.

In case of heavy oxidation, please use a reducing agent (silver polishing cloth) to clean the piece, which should be stocked at most local goldsmiths.

Does MAPLE offer any customization?

All rings and bracelets can be special ordered in solid gold. Contact us for more information.

What are MAPLE's shipping options?

MAPLE ships worldwide. We offer a free shipping option as well as a paid faster option through DHL.

Orders

Where is my order?

All orders sent with the free shipping option are done so through Canada Post and once cleared customs, it will be handed over to your local shipping carrier for final delivery. We suggest tracking your parcel on the website of you local shipping carried.

If you paid for shipping for a faster option, all orders can be tracked through DHL.

Can I cancel, change or amend my MAPLE order?

All orders can be cancelled, changed or amended, but must be done so prior to the order shipping.

What payment options does MAPLE offer?

We accept all major credit cards - VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover & Diner’s Club. In addition we accept Apple Pay, Google Pay & PayPal as well as AfterPay, a buy now pay later option.

What is MAPLE’s return policy?

We allow returns/exchanges on unworn regular-priced items within 14 days of receipt (subject to a restocking fee). See more.

How do I return my order?

If you receive a faulty and/or damaged item or want to return/exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Where is my refund?

Once we receive your order, it may take us up to 3 days to process your return. Upon processing and initiating the refund, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.
