ABOUT DEVÁ STATES
Founded in Indonesia in 2015 by Theo Kusuma and Mol Edrin, DEVÁ STATES channels a wide spectrum of influences through graphics, colour, and texture. Art movements, philosophy, music, and shifting social landscapes inform a body of work rooted in curiosity and continual evolution. The name Devá is adopted from Sanskrit, one of the most ancient language in Indonesia, which translates to; the shining one, divine or anything of excellence. The brand embraces the Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi, finding harmony in imperfection and meaning in the spaces between.
MAPLE x DEVÁ STATES Ring (Silver 925)
This slim Silver 925 signet ring conceals its message in plain sight. What first appears as an abstract form gradually reveals itself through a series of subtle cues, with the overall silhouette resolving into the text "DEVÁ." Polished lettering rises from a recessed, textured surface finished with light oxidation, enhancing the contrast between form and finish. A softly tapered band features an engraved and oxidized MAPLE icon set into each shoulder, while the interior is marked with the MAPLE logo.
MAPLE x DEVÁ STATES Chain (Silver 925)
This Silver 925 necklace explores the space between utility and ornament. A polished round pendant sits at the center of a fine cable chain, framed by oxidized DEVÁ STATES lettering encircling a raised MAPLE icon. The closure becomes part of the composition: a custom safety pin-inspired detail finished with a spring ring fastening, its wire bent into a flowing "Deva" script. Functional by necessity, decorative by design.

This Silver 925 bracelet balances restraint with considered detail. Alternating engraved links carrying MAPLE and DEVÁ STATES iconography create a rhythm of subtle branding throughout the elongated chain construction. The design is anchored by a polished toggle closure, with the T-bar engraved with both DEVÁ STATES and MAPLE, transforming a functional element into a final expression of the collaboration.
